His work focuses on the connection between experience and the market - identifying capabilities and evidence, shaping a clear value proposition, and helping people use that across career decisions, CVs, recruiter conversations, applications and interviews.
Peter de Boer
Peter is a coach, adviser and facilitator with a background leading teams and businesses in the professional services sector.
He created the GHMM framework to help people understand what enables them to do their best work - the work they are good at and enjoy, the conditions that allow them to thrive, and what keeps them motivated.
His work is grounded in helping people think more clearly about work, challenge assumptions and turn reflection into practical decisions and action. GHMM sits at the foundation of StellarCareers' Career Transition Coaching programme.
